This website
- No analytics, no advertising pixels, no tracking cookies. This site does not set cookies. If that ever changes, this page and a consent banner will say so first.
- There are no forms on this site. We don't collect your name or e-mail here.
- Fonts and images are served from our own server, not from Google Fonts or other CDNs.
- Like every web server, our hosting provider keeps short-lived technical logs (IP address, browser, time, page) for security and troubleshooting.
TradingView content on /charts
The charts page shows chart thumbnails hosted by TradingView and, on crownpips.com, a live ticker widget from TradingView. Loading them sends your IP address and browser details to TradingView, and the widget may set its own cookies. TradingView's privacy policy applies. The other pages load nothing from TradingView.
The Telegram bot and channels
When you use @crownpipsgoldbot or join our channels, Telegram processes your messages under Telegram's privacy policy. Our bot stores only what it needs to manage Elite access:
- your Telegram user ID,
- your Stripe customer and subscription IDs,
- your plan, its status and when it last changed.
We use this to send your invite, remove access when a subscription ends and answer /status. We don't sell or share it.
Crown Pips Algo
Crown Pips Algo runs inside your own MetaTrader 5 terminal. To check your licence, it sends your licence key, MT5 account number, server name and EA version to app.crownpips.com — nothing else. It never sends your balance, trades or password, and we never ask for your broker password. Your broker and MetaQuotes (the maker of MetaTrader) process your trading data under their own privacy policies.
Payments
Payments run through Stripe, whether you buy on this site (the plan buttons open Stripe's checkout page) or in the bot. Your card details go to Stripe, never to us. Stripe processes your name, e-mail and payment data under Stripe's privacy policy and sends you the receipt you use to manage your subscription.
If you e-mail support@crownpips.com, we use your message only to answer you.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction or deletion at any time via support@crownpips.com. Deleting your data ends Elite access, because the bot can no longer link your payment to your Telegram account. You can also complain to your local data protection authority (in the Netherlands: the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
